Padma Krishnan

Padma Krishnan is a trained facilitator and coach with RTeach Institute, and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the successful implementation of RT3T.

At her school, she has led the introduction of RT3T across Years 5 and 6, working closely with both students and staff to create impactful and lasting outcomes. These efforts have resulted in remarkable success stories, reinforcing the value of this approach in fostering student growth and engagement.

As a Literacy Leader, Padma has been responsible for overseeing curriculum design and implementation. This has involved the careful examination of data to identify literacy strategies tailored to the unique needs of students. Collaborating with paraprofessionals and senior leadership, she has ensured that RT3T is integrated effectively, supporting diverse learning pathways and enhancing overall educational outcomes.

Padma is also an MOE accredited facilitator for Mathematics Professional Development and is currently working with a number of schools in this capacity. Padma is a firm believer that students should access Literacy and Mathematics across the curriculum
