Sharon Scown

Sharon Scown is a trained primary and secondary teacher and has worked in New Zealand and overseas. Her experience includes learning support, lead teacher and classroom teacher. Sharon has the greatest experience working within the junior primary school year groups although she has taught from New Entrants to Year 12. More recently she extended her experience to work with adult learners. She has a passion for teaching literacy and numeracy focusing on learners finding success and enjoyment in learning.

Sharon officially joined the RT3T™ team in August 2023 but has worked alongside several facilitators in the Bay of Plenty and Auckland since February 2022. She is excited and looking forward to empowering learners to be the best they can be.
